Yes. Every client receives a completely personalized training and nutrition plan based on their goals, body type, lifestyle, schedule, experience level, and available equipment. No two clients receive the same program.
No. Programs can be designed for a full gym, home gym, or minimal equipment. Your plan is built around the equipment you have available.
Most workouts take between 45 and 60 minutes. Your plan is designed to fit your schedule and deliver maximum results with efficient, effective training.
No problem. Your program can be adjusted for travel, hotel gyms, or bodyweight-only workouts so you can stay on track wherever you are.
You will have direct messaging access to me through the Colosi Fitness app, along with weekly accountability check-ins and program adjustments based on your progress.
